Two decades in the Indian Civil Aviation industry.
Off-beat career as Flight Dispatcher. DGCA-India approved, rated on narrow and wide-bodied aircraft, and handling planning, briefing, and monitoring of worldwide flight network.
Guest Speaker / Panellist at Career Guidance Seminars organized at Mumbai, Thane, Pune & Nanded, where he shared his career journey with 850 students & parents (12 years).
Narrated a chapter on his career journey in a book ‘Our Career Diaries’, published by the Continental Publications, Pune.
Compiled a career guidance book ‘Careers for You & Me’ at Sathaye College, Mumbai.
Conducted Mentoring sessions for students at Green Lawns English High School in Aarey Colony, Mumbai, in association with NGO Mentor Me India.
Conducted English language learning skills sessions for students at Niwara Vidyalaya, Mumbai.

SwaChhandee helps us to understand our child behaviour and future Goals which was not discussed in family discussion by child. It's helpful to take right decision towards our child future studies and life planning. Very small things which are neglected as parents for our child, are deeply explained by Avadhoot Sir. The test helped me to find suitable career options. It also identified my strengths and weaknesses. It mainly focuses on your overall skills; helps you find the areas on which you need to work on. The test was pretty detailed.
